Casey Flanagan

Casey T. Flanagan serves as the First Selectman of Sharon, Connecticut, a small town located in Litchfield County. As First Selectman, he functions as the chief executive and administrative officer of the town and serves as an ex-officio member of all commissions and boards within the town government. Flanagan is a native of Sharon who also lived and worked professionally in several major cities before returning to his hometown. He ran for the office of First Selectman as part of the 2023 municipal election cycle, during which he was supported by the Sharon Democratic Town Committee. He was elected in the November 7, 2023 general election.
