We strive to maintain a welcoming, constructive community for all Connecticut residents.

6. Event Information Disclaimer

ct.one aggregates and displays event information submitted by users and event organizers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that event details (dates, times, locations, availability) are correct or up to date. Always verify event details with the event organizer before attending. ct.one is not responsible for cancelled, rescheduled, or misrepresented events.

9. Limitation of Liability

ct.one is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ct.one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages related to attending events listed on the Service.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your User Content may be removed.
