Antonietta "Toni" Boucher (née Iannuzzi; born December 4, 1949) is an American politician serving as First Selectwoman of Wilton, Connecticut. She was elected to the position in November 2023, succeeding First Selectwoman Lynn Vanderslice, and is currently serving her first four-year term. Boucher has spent nearly four decades involved in Connecticut politics and public service at both the local and state levels.
Boucher's extensive career in public service includes roles as Chairman of the Wilton Board of Education, Selectman for the Town of Wilton, Commissioner on the State Board of Education, Member of the State Voc-Tech Board of Education, and Advisory Board Member of the Connecticut Office of Child Advocate. She also served in the Connecticut General Assembly, first as a State Representative for the 143rd District and later as a State Senator representing the 26th District, where she held the position of State Senate Chief Deputy Minority Leader and State Representative Minority Leader.
In addition to her role as First Selectwoman, Boucher has pursued interests in higher education and authorship. She published a book titled "The Husky Effect," focusing on the University of Connecticut's culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, released in 2025. Boucher is known as a longtime supporter of UConn and its business community initiatives.
