Tina Falck is the First Selectman of Griswold, Connecticut, a town located in Southeastern Connecticut near Interstate 395. Falck, who is based in Jewett City, Connecticut, ran for the position as an unaffiliated candidate endorsed by the Griswold Democratic Town Committee (DTC). She was first elected to the office of First Selectman in the November 2023 general election, defeating Republican Wayne J. Malin and Democratic candidate Dana Bennett.

Falck won re-election in November 2025, receiving 1,310 votes in the Board of Selectmen race. In that same election, Democrat Matthew Danieluk and Republican Wayne Malin also secured seats on Griswold's three-member Board of Selectmen, receiving 1,052 and 1,089 votes respectively. Her re-election confirmed continued voter support for her leadership of the town.
