Thomas P. Gullotta (born December 23, 1948) is the Chair of the Glastonbury Town Council in Glastonbury, Connecticut, serving under the Democratic Town Committee. He previously served in Glastonbury public life beginning in the 1980s, holding a seat on the Board of Education from 1981 to 1986 and serving two terms as Vice Chair of the Town Council from 1986 to 1991, before retiring from public service at that time.

By professional background, Gullotta is a human services executive and writer. Earlier in his career he served as director of Net, a runaway shelter, from 1975 to 1977, and worked as a consultant to the National Institute of Mental Health. He was a member of the board of directors of Friends of Glastonbury Youth from 1976 to 1986, including serving as board chair from 1981 to 1983, and received the Distinguished Service Award from that organization in 1981. He has also been active in professional associations including the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), where he chaired the public relations committee of the Connecticut chapter from 1980 to 1983, and the Association of Prevention Professionals.

In his current role as Chair of the Glastonbury Town Council, Gullotta's stated priorities include passing responsible budgets, supporting local businesses and farms, and maintaining the town's public school system.
