Pat Del Monaco is a Democratic politician serving as First Selectman of New Fairfield, Connecticut. Del Monaco previously held the position of First Selectman from 2017 to 2023, after which the seat was won by Republican Melissa Lindsey. In the November 2025 election, Del Monaco defeated incumbent Lindsey by a vote of 2,537 to 2,208, reclaiming the first selectman seat. Running mate Khris Hall also won a seat on the Board of Selectmen, giving Democrats control of that body.
As First Selectman, Del Monaco serves as the chief administrative officer of New Fairfield, a role that includes serving as an ex-officio member of all elected boards and acting as the town's chief of police by administration.
