Judi Novosad

Judi Novosad serves as the First Selectman of Franklin, Connecticut, a small town located in New London County. She can be reached through the Franklin Town Hall at 7 Meetinghouse Hill Road, and her office operates Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with additional evening hours on Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. She is listed as the First Selectman by the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM) Data Hub, which serves as an official municipal reference source for the state.

Prior to her role as First Selectman, Novosad served as the Director of the Franklin Senior Center, located at 5 Tyler Drive in Franklin, where she was responsible for coordinating aging and social services for the town's senior residents. A lifelong resident of Franklin, she has been involved in community leadership, volunteerism, and public service throughout her time in the town, according to the Franklin Republican Town Committee.
