Jon Zagrodzky

Jon Zagrodzky is the First Selectman of Darien, Connecticut, a position he holds as a Republican elected official. He first joined Darien's Board of Selectmen in 2021 and was subsequently elected First Selectman, having run unopposed. He was re-elected to the role in 2025. Prior to serving on the Board of Selectmen, Zagrodzky served on Darien's Board of Finance from 2008 to 2021, including as its chairman beginning in 2016.

As First Selectman, Zagrodzky serves alongside a Board of Selectmen that includes Michael J. Burke, Monica McNally, Marcy A. Minnick, and Sarah B. Neumann. The First Selectman and all Board members are each elected to two-year terms in odd-numbered years. Zagrodzky is also listed as a First Selectman on LinkedIn under the Town of Darien.
