Glenn S. Pianka is the First Selectman of Bozrah, Connecticut, a position he has held since November 18, 2025, with his current term running through November 16, 2027. He was elected to the role in the November 7, 2023 general election, in which he ran uncontested and received 100% of the votes cast. Pianka is a resident of Bozrah, Connecticut, and attended Norwich Free Academy before studying Public Policy at Eastern Connecticut State University.
In addition to his role in local government, Pianka has been associated with Olde New England Salvage Co., where he has served as owner. As First Selectman, he serves alongside fellow Board of Selectmen members, including William Ballinger III. In 2024, Pianka was arrested by Connecticut State Police on charges related to alleged death threats made against his wife; he publicly stated he had no intention of resigning from his position as a result of the charges.
