Eden Wimpfheimer is the First Selectman of East Granby, Connecticut, serving as the town's Chief Executive and Chief Administrative Officer. He is a Republican who has held the role of First Selectman, a full-time paid position, and was previously elected as a Selectman in the town. As First Selectman, he chairs the Board of Selectmen, which meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month and is responsible for setting town policy across a broad range of areas including oversight of building projects, labor negotiations, recreational facilities, public safety, and preparation of the general government portion of the budget.
