Caroline B. Simmons (born February 10, 1986) is an American politician serving as the Mayor of Stamford, Connecticut. A member of the Democratic Party, she was first elected mayor in 2021 with the stated goal of making Stamford a more equitable, inclusive, affordable, and vibrant city. Prior to serving as mayor, Simmons represented Connecticut's 144th District in the state legislature, where she was recognized as the youngest female legislator in Connecticut state office.

Simmons won a second term as Stamford's mayor in November 2025, capturing approximately two-thirds of the vote in what was described as a landslide victory. In her victory remarks, she indicated her continued focus on building on the work of her first term. She has emphasized priorities of equity, inclusivity, and affordability throughout her tenure in office.
