Antonia Moran, known as Toni, serves as Mayor of Mansfield, Connecticut, a position she has held for six years following two terms as Deputy Mayor. She has been a member of the Mansfield Town Council since first being elected in 2009 and is currently running for her ninth term on the council. Moran has resided in Mansfield for more than 50 years and conducts her official duties from the Audrey P. Beck Municipal Building at 4 South Eagleville Road in Storrs, Mansfield.

Moran holds a graduate degree from the University of Connecticut as well as a law degree from UConn. Before entering elected office, she built a career in higher education and labor relations. She taught state and local government and law at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) for 20 years, where she also headed the Center for Social Research. In addition to her teaching career, she served as the State Coordinator for the American Association of University Professors (AAUP). She is currently retired from those professional roles. As Mayor, she has represented Mansfield in regional civic engagements, including attending the Sustainable Connecticut awards celebration at the Goodspeed Opera House.
